EFFECTOR by NIGO Spring/Summer 2012 Glasses

Japanese brand Effector has once again worked with NIGO and add new models to their on-going collaboration. The ‘Darryl’ glasses and ‘Monica’ glasses have been inspired by ‘1984′ and will release in stores in the coming weeks.

XLarge is wasting no time as they have presented a preview of their Fall 2012 collection, which is actually available for pre-order now. The collection features a nice range of jackets, pants, denim, graphic tees and button ups. Another staple in recent times, the varsity jacket, is also present for this fall season. Skateboarding pros have been trying for years to land a 1080 (three complete spins) in the ramp, but were not successful. This weekend, 12 year old skateboarder Tom Schaar finally made it happen.

EFFECTOR by Undercover Sunglasses

Earlier we presented the new EFFECTOR by NIGO glasses that were added to the collection this season. Here is now a look at the collaboration with fellow Japanese brand Undercover, by designer Jun Takahashi. For Spring/Summer 2012, the two brands worked on the ‘Gloria’ and ‘Kimberly’ sunglass styles. Both come in black with dark lenses – an overall classic and easy to wear shape.
